Phil Collins stepped away from the spotlight after many years at the top of his game. Through the years as the drummer, then front man of Genesis, and finally his successful years as a solo artist, Collins was a workaholic, then suddenly decided to lay low, as word of hearing problems, chronic back pain, and depression filled the air. But now, Leland Sklar, one of the finest bass players of all time, and a long time member of Collins band has said that a return to the stage is not out of the question. He says he has been rehearsing with Collins, and that Jason Bonham has been playing drums. I for one, look forward to a possible Phil Collins concert. To catch the intensity his band brings to the stage, see how climactic the performance is at the end of this live version, of what initially seems to be a rather sleepy version of 'In the Air Tonight." Great band. GREAT BAND.
