Use it instead of Oily or Creamy dressings which add some flavor, yes - but also multiply your caloric intake 7 - 10 fold. The nutritional side of a Salad can be killed by the dressing, particularly a Cesar Salad which (thanks to the dressing) has more calories than a 5 oz. Fillet.
