Cocoa -- the basic ingredient of chocolate -- is apparently super good for you.
It has flavanol in it, and other foods with high flavanol counts like grapes and tea can help keep off the pounds and even help out Type 2 diabetics.
They used a bunch of mice to show cocoa can help them not pile up the pounds and control their blood sugars.
