Eating a lot of chocolate can actually help you stay skinny.
Researchers followed the diets and healthy activities of 1,500 teens.
They found that those who 'admitted' eating large amounts of chocolate had on average far lower levels of fat over their bodies.
And they were thinner around the stomach area, and it didn't matter if they were dieting or exercising at all.
