Bi's-Tri's-Ply's Great 30min Workout

This will work your upper body and give you a great cardio workout too!

Circuit 1: (perform 3 times)

10 Standing Barbell Curls - 10 Lying Barbell Skull Crushers - 30 Body Weight Squats

Circuit 2:  (perform 3 times)

10 Preacher Curls - 10 Cable Tricep Extensions - 25 Lunge Hops

Circuit 3: (Perform 3 times)

10 Cable Curls (each arm) - 10 Weighted Tricep Bench Dips - 25 Squat Jumps

You'll be sore both upper body and lower body the next day!!
