My friend recently introduced me to a Calorie Counter & Diet Tracker called 'My Fitness Pal.' She swears by it and it allowed her to see exactly how many calories she was taking in. She said she was shocked because you think you don't eat as much as you really do.
Once you see the calorie intake you realize 'Woah! Maybe I should start watching what I eat and pay more attention.'
So I have been tracking my calories and exercise. It's also nice cause there is an app too. So you can keep track not only on your computer but also on your phone.
