Simply Red lead vocalist Mick Hucknall , the Stereophonics , Blur 's Graham Coxon , and Joss Stone are among the artists who will recreate the recording session that produced The Beatles ' debut album Please Please Me in 1963. According to The Telegraph they will join several other performers at Abbey Road Studios in London on February 11 to tape The Beatles' Please Please Me - Re-making A Classic , television special that will air on British television February 15.  The session will culminate with "Twist and Shout" which was the final song recorded in 1963.

The event marks the 50th anniversary of the album which was recorded in one day.
