Meat Loaf is planning to close the curtain on his career as a touring artist this year with a final trek that will begin next month with a European leg.  The singer's Last At Bat Farewell Tour kicks off April 5 in Newcastle, England, and currently is mapped out through a May 17 show in Dublin, Ireland.

The outing, which will make its way to the U.S. later in 2013, will feature two sets and will include a full performance of Meat Loaf's classic 1977 album Bat out of Hell .  Besides visiting the British Isles, the tour's initial leg also will make stops in Germany and the Netherlands.  Visit Meat Loaf's official Facebook page to check out his complete confirmed itinerary.
