Michael McDonald has begun mapping out what appears to be a very busy touring schedule for 2013.  The former Doobie Brothers singer/keyboardist has concerts scheduled throughout the better part of the year, with 18 confirmed U.S. gigs spanning from a April 20 performance in Florence, Indiana, through an October 18 stop in Cincinnati.

Six of the confirmed shows are co-headlined by Boz Scaggs , one of his two Dukes of September Rhythm Revue collaborators (along with Steely Dan 's Donald Fagen ).  At the Cincinnati event, Michael will perform alongside the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra .
