FORT WAYNE, Ind. (KWSN-AM) Coming off of two straight wins at home, the South Dakota State volleyball team fell back into the loss column on Friday night with a 3-0 loss at Summit League Preseason co-favorite Fort Wayne, falling by the same 25-14 score in all three sets.

The loss drops the Jackrabbits to 5-21 on the season overall and to 3-10 in The Summit League, it also puts to rest any hopes of qualifying for the league tournament next weekend in Indianapolis. The host Mastodons improve to 16-13 overall and to 8-5 in the league.
