It's been more than a decade since Boston released its last studio album, 2002's Corporate America , but if a recent online report is true, the veteran rockers will be issuing a new collection of tunes before the end of the year. According to MusicTap.com , the album will be titled Life, Love & Hope and will be hitting stores on December 3.
The record will be the group's first since the tragic death of lead singer Brad Delp , who committed suicide in 2007 at the age of 55. A message posted on the band's website back in April revealed that Boston guitarist/songwriter Tom Scholz was nearly finished with the album and had just recorded a song titled "Someday" for the project. The note also reported that Scholz planned to focus on putting together a Boston concert DVD after completing the record.
