MOORHEAD, Minn. (KELO AM) -- Two men were arrested for solicitation of prostitution in Moorhead, MN.
According to sister station KFGO in Fargo, misdemeanor charges have been filed against 61-year-old David Skoglund, of Canova, South Dakota, and 58-year-old Mark Hayes of Harwood, North Dakota.
Skogland was running for election to the South Dakota Legislature as Democrat. The South Dakota Democratic Party urged him to drop out of the race. Media reports have him withdrawing from the race in District 8.
The two were caught in a prostitution sting at a Moorhead hotel.
