The stars who'll be joining Sting for the latest installment of his concert series to benefit the Rainforest Fund have been announced .  The April 17 concert at New York City's famed Carnegie Hall will include performances by Sting, of course, as well as Sting's recent tour mate Paul Simon , James Taylor , Dionne Warwick , opera star Renée Fleming and trumpet player Chris Botti.

More artists will be announced soon for the event, which will mark the 25th anniversary of the concerts.  The last time the event was held, in 2012, the theme was "Music from the Silver Screen," and the lineup included Taylor, Elton John , Bruno Mars , Jennifer Hudson , country stars Vince Gill and Rosanne Cash , and even Meryl Streep .

The Rainforest Fund was founded by in 1989 by Sting and his wife, Trudie Styler .  Over the past 23 years, it has helped to preserve tens of thousands of square miles of rainforest around the globe.

High-priced packages are now available at the Rainforest Fund's website, and if you've got anywhere from $600 to $50,000, you can watch the show in style and, depending on the ticket level, even attend the after-party with the stars.  Regular tickets start at $150; visit CarnegieHall.org to order.
