SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – Street construction update:
Lane Closure –
North Minnesota Avenue & Tenth Street
Beginning on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, the southbound right turn lane of Minnesota Avenue will be closed at Tenth Street to allow construction crews to perform curb and gutter, and sidewalk repairs. The lane closure will take place between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The west sidewalk will be closed from Ninth Street to Tenth Street. Pedestrian traffic should utilize the east side of Minnesota Avenue between Ninth Street and Tenth Street.
All work is expected to be completed within one week with favorable weather conditions.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closure – South Minnesota Avenue
Beginning on Wednesday, February 24, 2021, the outside northbound lane of Minnesota Avenue will be closed between 57th Street and Harpel Drive to allow construction crews to perform curb and gutter, and sidewalk repairs. The lane closure will take place between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The east sidewalk will be closed from 57th Street to Harpel Drive. Pedestrian traffic should utilize Vista Lane to Harpel Drive.
All work is expected to be completed within one week with favorable weather conditions.
