SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — They didn’t want confirmation so quickly – but they got it. 36-year old Marian Brooks of Sioux Falls faces armed robbery, rape and other charges. He was arrested a few hours after an armed robbery at Ace’s Casino on South Cliff Avenue late Tuesday night. Information officer Sam Clemens.
The crime confirmed the need for last night’s City Council approval of a $50-thousand dollar campaign to remind people to lock their vehicles.
Police say Brooks has a long criminal record.
