SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Another major development for downtown Sioux Falls. This time, it’s a 95-million dollar project that will include a five-story mixed-use building on Eighth Street, with three apartment buildings to the south. City Planning and Development Director Jeff Eckhoff says it’s another big step in developing the downtown district.
Christensen Development of Des Moines is the developer. Company President Jake Christensen says the area is similar to projects his company has developed in the region.
The project will also include a parking ramp and over 230 apartment units when it’s complete.
