SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — It’s a way for students to graduate from college debt free. Kelli Rogotzke is the Build Dakota Coordinator at Southeast Technical College in Sioux Falls.
A shortage of qualified early childhood teachers and care providers is preventing some parents from entering the workforce. Officials are optimistic this new program will help ease those problems.
