SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police have got their man.
Edgar Segura, a 30-year-old man from Sioux Falls was arrested Thursday night and charged with Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Assault.
On Wednesday night a 47 year old woman was abducted off the street, knocked unconscious and taken to an apartment in Sioux Falls, where she was bound, assaulted and knocked unconscious again.
Early the next morning she was then taken out of Sioux Falls and left tied to a pole with a telephone cord in rural Minnehaha County near Clear Lake.
She later flagged down a paserby.
Segura is being held on a quarter-million dollars cash only bond.
The investigation is ongoing.
