SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A third person is now under arrest in a recent kidnapping case in Sioux Falls. Samantha Adams is charged with kidnapping and aggravated assault. Diana Segura-Luna and her brother Edgar Segura face the same charges. The Seguras were originally accused of abducting a woman off the street two weeks ago, taking her to an apartment where she was bound, assaulted and knocked unconscious. Police later said there was evidence that the incident was not a random kidnapping. After being knocked unconscious, the victim was taken out of the city and tied to a pole in rural Minnehaha County, where she was able to flag down someone to help.
