GDANSK (Reuters) – Polish software company Transition Technologies MS (TTMS) is planning an initial public offer (IPO) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in coming weeks, the company said on Monday.
The offer, whose final terms will be announced after Poland’s Financial Supervisory Authority, KNF, approves it,
will consist solely of newly-issued shares. The company has said that it plans to regularly pay dividends.
