(Reuters) – Potential tropical cyclone 19 has become a tropical depression, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory on Thursday.
The depression is located about 120 miles (190 km) east-northeast of Cabo Gracias A Dios on the Honduras/Nicaragua border, with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph (55 kph), the Miami-based forecaster said.
