PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A change at the top of South Dakota’s Republican party. State chairman John Wiik won’t seek a second term. The Dakota Scout reports there are three people interested in the post. Former state House Majority Leader Lee Qualm, “Vote No on H” chair Ezra Hays, and anti-carbon pipeline leader Jim Eschenbaum will all participate in a GOP candidate forum this week to make their pitch.
