Thune ready to get to work as Senate Majority Leader

WASHINGTON, D.C. (KELO.com) — As the newly minted Senate Majority Leader, John Thune is looking to get right to work.

He outlined some of his priorities in his first address as Leader.

Thune is the second Senator from South Dakota to be Majority Leader.

Tom Daschle served in that role from 2001-2003.
