PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota is at the center of the political universe, and it’s time for a reset. That’s the main message from Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate tribal chairman J. Garrett Renville. It’s a message he delivered to state legislators during his State of the Tribes Address in Pierre.
Renville says the elevation of Senator John Thune, Governor Kristi Noem and Congressman Dusty Johnson to positions of greater influence in Washington could make a significant difference for all South Dakotans.
