SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The owners of the Hibachi Grill and Buffet in Sioux Falls restaurant face potential deportation after their arrest for allegedly harboring illegal workers. The government views them as a flight risk, and is arguing in court to keep them in custody. They’re accused of housing illegal immigrants, and deducting rent, food and transportation expenses from their paychecks. Another detention hearing will be held next week.
