SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Yesterday (Thursday), the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office conducted liquor compliance checks of area businesses that have alcohol sales licenses.
These checks included businesses with either liquor or malt beverage licenses.
These checks are done periodically throughout the county in an effort to reduce the incidents of underage purchase of alcoholic beverages.
56 of the 61 businesses checked passed the compliance check.
The following 5 businesses FAILED the compliance check: Garretson Food Center, Palisades Oil Garretson, TJZ Bar Colton, Coffee Cup Hartford and Pump N Pak, Sioux Falls.
