The Passion and the Cross
Orpheum Theater Center, North Phillips Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD, USA
Now in its 5th season in Sioux Falls, “The Passion and the Cross” is a one-act, 2-hour and 7-minute musical featuring a cast of about 150 adults and children (the largest cast ever put on the Orpheum stage). This musical is an enchanting journey back to the first century when Jesus walked the earth, unlike anything you’ve seen before. It is a poignant and relatable work of art while still making clear the message of Christ and His Kingdom here on Earth. The original, soul-stirring ballads and musical orchestrations will speak to your life and keep you riveted to the story uniquely, while remaining faithful to what the Bible says and teaches. Yes, He is far more than a superstar. He is the risen, living God, and the giver of life to the fullest (John 10:10).
The Orpheum Theater is proud to partner with 3eEncore.com for all our live entertainment shows!
Appropriate for all ages. Be advised that the 11 minutes of the show depicting the scourging and crucifixion of Jesus is graphic and very intense. Parental discretion is advised for this portion of the show only.
Programs, dates, times, and prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, all attendees, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket.
