SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police are working overtime on homicide cases. Police Chief Jon Thum says detectives are now working eight homicide cases.
In the most recent case, 30 year old Dylan Farmer is being held for first degree murder on a one-million dollar cash only bond. He’s accused of shooting and killing Casey Shaffer in an apartment on West Bailey street.
