SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A half-million dollar grant for an organization that helps people caught up in human trafficking. Call to Freedom was awarded the grant from the Bush Foundation and the South Dakota Community Foundation. Call to Freedom was established in 2016 by Becky Rasmussen with no budget. Now, the group has a residential facility, and nearly 30 staff members.
