Attorney General Marty Jackley
PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Attorney General Marty Jackley began laying out his legislative package in Pierre this morning. Drug trafficking is among his top concerns, with thousands of drug arrests in the state in the past year. Following the recent trends, meth and fentanyl are the biggest problems.
The Attorney General is also asking for approval of bills dealing with Human Trafficking and Government Accountability to root out recent problems with state employee fraud.
