Dave Scaturro
Marketing ConsultantDave Scaturro, husband, dad, grandpa. He has over 40 years of career experience in multiple levels of business including period of ownership, management, and currently as a professional and passionate seller for Midwest Communications. He enjoys music and watching sports as well as going to action packed movies with his younger son. He will do a chick-flick only if his wife insists. He loves to dine out but also enjoys grilling. Dave plays golf to relax and uses his time on the course as an escape from the daily grind.
In the 1980’s as CEO of 3-D Piering, while living in Denver, Dave participated in the invention of his company’s underpinning process. He considers himself an entrepreneur and coach, always willing to help others. Dave’s career track has provided him the privilege of living in many different regions of the country. Dave has 2 adult children who have given him 3 beautiful grandbabies who, along with their spouses, live in Seattle and Phoenix. Dave currently resides in their home with his wife and younger son, Cathy and Ben, on the south side of Sioux Falls.

Joel Gough
Director of SalesJoel has been in the radio business for 40 years. His first radio job was as an announcer for the local radio station in his hometown of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan - WSOO. He worked for Susquehanna Broadcasting in Sarasota and the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Petersburg, Florida markets before he moved to Dallas, Texas and worked for Infinity and CBS Radio Broadcasting for 12 years as a Local Sales Manager and then General Sales Manager of the top billing stations in the #5 market in the country. Joel also worked for LKCM Radio (The "RANCH" Radio Network) Group in Fort Worth, Texas as the Vice President / Director of Sales for their Texas Music and Classic Country stations before making the move to Sioux Falls, SD in 2011.
Joel loves the Sioux Falls market and the opportunity to work with such wonderful people since he is (finally) back in the midwest. He has had great success growing revenues for all the broadcast companies he has worked for, and he makes it his mission to help Midwest clients grow their business by applying his many years of experience in markets large and small.
Joel moved to Sioux Falls with his wife Maggie and two sons who are very active in all sports all year round. He likes to golf, camp, travel, and watch his boys play their games, or watch his professional Detroit and University of Michigan Wolverine teams play their games too -- GO BLUE!

Leesa Bendt
Marketing ConsultantA career in radio has been an amazing adventure for Leesa. She set out with an Mass Communications degree with an emphasis on advertising from The University of South Dakota and a passion for the business that is still growing today. After an internship learning radio from the ground up with Q 95.7 she ventured into the world of radio. For almost ten years she has found enjoyment from finding success for clients. She truly loves creating custom marketing strategies for clients utilizing the ever expanding tool belt of on air and digital products. If you ask her what success means to her she will say when her clients think of her as a resource and not a sales person.
Leesa will beam with pride if you ask about her two boys or husband. When she isn’t working you can find her at Hockey game or baseball game and occasionally in the garden with her prize winning vegetables.

Sara Hyser
Marketing ConsultantBorn in Luverne, from a farming family in SW MN. I moved to Brandon in 1976 where I graduated and raised my children.
I went to college first for Business Management at Black Hills State University and went on to further my education at Colorado Tech University in Sioux Falls for Human Resources Management.
I am married to Joe Hyser.
I have two adult children, Cody and Megan. My daughter is married and works at Sanford Hospital, and my son is a junior at SDSU, and step daughter a freshman at SDSU as well.
I have three dogs Asher, Cadet and Zoey. They are our spolied kids now.
I have worked as an Employment Recruiter in the credit card industry and Human Resources Director for Grocery industry for 5 years but spent most of my work career, 15 years in Managed Care Sales/ Preferred Provider Network Recruitment and Management of same.
My hobbies include flipping houses and traveling anywhere there is white sand and 80 plus degree temps, although I love to snow ski and snowmobile as well.

Scott loves what he does and does what he loves, including a stint as a National Park Ranger at Mesa Verde National Park. From teaching in nature settings to educating through targeted media campaigns, Scott has done it!
“Writing my own tours as a Park Ranger and delivering them live gave me the greatest eye opener to distilling an effective message and not boring people. I love getting to bring stories to life, and I’m excited to tell your business’ story on our six amazing stations,” says Scott.

Marketing ConsultantSue started her radio career with the Sioux Falls group in 1991 as on-air personality “Sue Rogers”. After a couple of years she made the move into the sales department, and has thoroughly enjoyed the variety each day in radio brings.
She likes the excitement and challenge of finding solutions to clients’ marketing needs, and loves the interaction with the many different personalities of business and agency owners and managers. With her attention to detail and background as a high school English teacher, Sue is the unofficial head of spelling and grammar excellence on the Sioux Falls sales staff. She also uses her theatre background to voice a variety of commercials.
