BROOKINGS, SD (KELO.com) — It appears as though South Dakota State University will have some rebuilding to do before the 2024-25 basketball season. Two of its leading players are entering the NCAA transfer portal. William Kyle the Third was the first to announce he would enter the portal. Now, Zeke Mayo is declaring for the 2024 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-4 junior guard and reigning Summit League player of the year intends to keep his college eligibility while entering the transfer portal. He made the announcement in a social media post yesterday.
